1. Who we are
Help Recorder (recorder.help) records webinars, lessons and live streams at your request, stores the recordings and hands them to you. For any question about your data write to alt@baikal-internet.ru.

2. What data we process
- Account: the data needed to sign in (your email address and the sign-in identifier from the method you choose).
- Recording jobs: the link to the event, a title, the start time and duration, the status and any errors. If you provide a password for the event page or registration details for the webinar, we use them only to enter the event page when recording.
- Recordings: the files produced by a recording.
- Connected clouds: if you connect Google Drive or Yandex Disk, we store an access token in encrypted form and the name of the connected account.
- Technical data: service logs needed to fix failures.
3. Why we do it
Only to carry out your request: record the event, keep the recording, hand it to you and, if you asked, copy it to the cloud you connected. We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your recordings to train models.
4. Google and Yandex data
For Google Drive we request only the drive.file permission: the service can see and change only the files and folders it created itself. For Yandex Disk we request access only to the application folder. We use these permissions only to copy your recordings into your own cloud.
Help Recorder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time in your Google or Yandex account settings.
5. Where and how long data is kept
Recordings are kept in private cloud storage with the provider Beget (Russia); other data is kept on our server. Download links are temporary. Recordings are kept until you delete them or close your account. Automatic deletion after a set period is not enabled yet; if it appears we will tell you in advance. You can have your data deleted at any time by writing to us.
6. Who we share data with
Only those without whom the service cannot work: the file storage and hosting providers, and the cloud (Google or Yandex) that you connected yourself, and only as your request requires. We share data otherwise only when the law demands it.
7. Security
Files are kept in private storage, download links expire after a limited time, and cloud tokens are stored encrypted.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for correction or deletion, and you can revoke access to a connected cloud. To do so write to alt@baikal-internet.ru.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the version date on this page and tell you about material changes by email.
