1. What the service does
Help Recorder records webinars, lessons and live streams at your request, from the link and at the time you specify, stores the recordings and hands them to you: through a download link or as a copy in a cloud you connected. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. Your responsibility for content
- Record only what you have the right to record: events you are registered for or that are open to you, and only for personal use.
- You are responsible for complying with copyright, platform rules and personal data laws. If other people can be seen or heard in a recording, make sure their consent is not required or has been obtained.
- Do not publish or distribute recordings without the rights holder's permission.
3. What is not allowed
- using the service to bypass copy protection (DRM) or access restrictions;
- recording private events you have no access to, or unlawful content;
- putting unreasonable load on the service or creating jobs in a way that evades limits;
- sharing access to your account with other people.
4. Rights holder complaints
If you believe a recording infringes your rights, write to alt@baikal-internet.ru with a link and a description. We will remove the disputed recording and look into the circumstances. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
5. No guarantee of results
Recording depends on the platform, the network and the event itself, so we cannot guarantee that every recording will take place or be complete. We try to report failures and retry, but the service is provided "as is". Do not rely on a single service for events that matter. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.
